Pay online
CRA’s MyPayment allows you to pay directly from your online banking account. You can report your payroll at the same time.

PaySimply allows you to make payment using your credit card. Note: there is a charge for using this service.

Online banking—Report your payroll and pay online directly if you have a business account at one of these banks:

  • BMO Financial Group

  • CIBC

  • Laurentian Bank of Canada

  • Scotiabank

  • TD Canada Trust

  • Selected Credit Unions

  • RBC

Pay in person
Pay at the financial institution of your choice. You must have the original micro-encoded voucher.

Reporting Your Payroll
If you don’t have a payment to make, you still have to report payroll. You can report your Payroll through MyAccount under the Financials tab. Our online support site will provide information on employer rates, policy financials (including payments due and history of payments made) and payroll information.

Special Protection
If you have special protection coverage, you do not participate in the regular payroll reporting process, however, you still must have a business number and pay a premium for your coverage.

Please note: WCB Nova Scotia will automatically renew your Special Protection policy for the beginning of each year when we receive payment in advance of the expiry date. You no longer need to fill out a form.

Payment Options
CRA’s MyPayment allows you to pay directly from your online banking account.

PAD (pre-authorized debit for quarterly payments only). You set the payment amount and authorize CRA to withdraw it from your account on the date, or dates, you choose.
